Full Conference registration includes entrance to the general sessions, all educational sessions, the exhibition hall (including all meals and receptions in the exhibition hall), grand opening reception, chair’s hand-off reception, and closing night event. Full Conference Registration includes attendance at Committee Workshops.

One Day Pass registration includes attendance to all functions for the specified day(s) purchased. Only one guest allowed per Full Conference Registration. Each guest must be registered with a Full Conference attendee. Guests cannot register on their own.

Guest registration includes access to the exhibition hall (including all meals and receptions in the exhibition hall), grand opening reception, chair’s handoff reception, and closing night event. If a guest plans to attend any educational programming, s/he must register for the full conference.

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION

Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Airports Council International – North America (“ACI-NA”) has adopted preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID virus at its conferences and events in accordance with guidance published by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for events and gatherings, in coordination with event host properties.  ACI-NA will comply with all applicable requirements imposed by state, provincial, and local health authorities for the locality in which the conference or event takes place.  However, ACI-NA cannot guarantee that conference attendees will not become infected with COVID-19.

Individuals who fall within either of the categories listed below should not attend ACI-NA conferences or events:

    1. Individuals who are experiencing, or within the 14 days prior to the conference or event have experienced, symptoms associated with COVID-19; or
    2. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.

If you experience covid symptoms onsite, we ask that you self quarantine and stay in your guest room and not come to the meeting area. Please contact the front desk immediately, should you experience symptoms onsite.

Conference and event attendees should self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and are asked to contact ACI-NA at covidcompliance@airportscouncil.org if experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating in an ACI-NA conference or event.

MASK POLICY

In order to provide for the health and safety of all conference attendees and staff, and consistent with guidance provided by public health officials, ACI-NA requests that all conference attendees wear face coverings in all meeting and break rooms at all times during ACI-NA conferences and events.

Masks will be required at all ACI-NA indoor activities including in the following locations:

  • General + Keynote Sessions
  • Breakout Sessions
  • Exhibition floor
  • Meeting rooms
  • Networking events (unless actively eating or drinking)
    • Masks will be available for any attendee who needs one.
    • KN95 and face shield will be available to staff
    • There is access to the outside at the center should you need to get some air
    • We are looking to you to help set an example, by wearing your mask and to be our safety ambassadors
    • If you see fragrant violations to the mask policy, please let an executive staff member know or report it to the meetings team and we will handle.

Social Distancing

  • Room set-ups have been modified, where possible, to encourage social distancing.
  • Large gathering locations, including the General Session/Keynote room will be set to accommodate social distancing.
  • Floor stickers will be placed in the meeting area to remind people to physical distance.
  • Comfort level ribbons will be made available at the ribbon wall:
    • Red – I need distance
    • Yellow – Elbow bumps

Hand Sanitizer

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the meeting space along with signage reminding you to wash and sanitize your hands frequently.
  • Mini hand sanitizer bottles will be distributed at registration.

This is my first time attending, what should I expect?

This conference brings together airport professionals and businesses that serve airports to attend outstanding education sessions and networking opportunities.  In addition, there is an exhibition hall that showcases the latest and greatest products and services.

You can expect to meet and network with many of the nation and world’s leading minds in aviation as well as receive education and information on the latest trends and issues.

Do I have to be a member to attend?

You do not have to be a member to attend the conference.  Any and all aviation professionals are welcome.  Please refer to the registration tab to view the conference rates.

What if I registered, but can no longer attend? Can I send someone else in my place?

If you cancel your registration by Friday, September 10, 2021, you can receive a refund.  Any cancellations received after this date will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.  No cancellations will accepted after Friday, September 10, 2021, however substitutions will be accepted at any time. Any refunds due will be processed after the event has concluded.

Is there a cut-off date to register before the conference?

The cut-off date to receive the early bird registration rate is Friday, September 10, 2021.  Pre-Registration will close on Monday, September 19, 2016.  If you have not yet registered by that date, you will have to register onsite.

Is it possible to purchase a floor pass or pay to visit the exhibit hall only?

There is a one-day pass registration.  Please refer to the registration tab to view the fees.

Is there a designated host hotel? What if the hotel is sold out on some or all of the nights I need?

The host hotel for the conference is the Atlantis Casino Resort.  A discounted block of rooms is available for conference attendees.  Book early as the block will most likely sell out BEFORE the hotel cutoff date. If the hotel is sold out some or all of the nights, there are nearby hotels that may have availability at current prevailing rates.

How far is the Atlantis Casino Resort rom the Reno-Sparks Convention Center?

The Atlantis Casino Resort is attached to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center via an enclosed skybridge.

Where are the Conference sessions and Exhibition being held?

All conference activities beginning with the Exhibition Hall Grand Opening on Sunday evening will take place at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center unless noted otherwise.

What is the attire?

The attire for the educational sessions and exhibition hall is business casual.

The suggested attire for the Closing Night event is casual.

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a light sweater or jacket as meeting rooms can be cool.  Please note that the average high temperature for Reno in November is 55oF with lows around 26oF.  Please check the weather and plan accordingly.

ACI-NA meetings and events are intended for adults only and no children under the age of 16 are permitted to register or attend.  Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the trade show floor at any time.  Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while on the trade show floor.
