Melissa C. Allison, a partner at Anderson & Kreiger, has focused her practice on airport regulatory compliance, complex litigation and public law for the last 20 years. Melissa has represented airport sponsors nationwide in civil litigation, as well as in Part 13 and 16 proceedings before FAA, and regularly advises airports on a variety of compliance matters, such as revenue use issues, civil rights obligations, PFC eligibility, airport development and land transactions, implementation of air carrier incentive programs, and disruptive technologies (such as app-based air and ground transportation), among others. Outside of the airport world, Melissa’s clients also include public agencies and municipalities in Massachusetts.
