Dr Carlos Kaduoka is Head of Strategy at SITA, the world’s leading technology solutions provider to the Air Transport Industry. He is an experienced business strategist with vast aviation experience on a broad range of IT projects for both airlines and airports. He has conducted and managed projects ranging from Airport IT outsourcing to developing and implementing IT Strategy and IT Master Plans for airports in Australia and Brazil. Lead technology-related consultancy for US, Argentina, Panama, Mexico, Italy, Malta, UK, China, Japan, Philippines and Singapore airports. He holds a Master’s in Air Transport Management (focused on airport performance benchmarking) from Cranfield University (England) and a PhD in Airport Economics and Technology also from Cranfield University.
