Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than December 27, 2024. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after December 27, 2024.

Our keynote speaker is none other than the young Lieutenant, Dan Pedersen, call sign “Yank,” who formed the world-famous fighter squadron, “Top Gun” (Naval Weapons Fighter School at NAS Miramar, San Diego, CA) in 1969.  Top Gun marked its’ 50^th anniversary in 2019 and Dan Pedersen, wrote the book, “Top Gun | An American Story,” a book that highlights how he took a shoestring budget, picked a group of fighter pilots, and revolutionized the art of aerial engagement and combat.  Top Gun emerged as an icon of military air dominance that has shaped and continues to shape the nations’ military air combat strategy for generations to come.  In addition, you will hear that Top Gun is not just about aerial combat, but also leadership strategies that can be used in an everyday environment.
