ACI-NA will be bringing together airport legal professionals and consultants to identify and discuss the most pressing legal developments and issues associated with the industry.
The 2024 Legal Affairs Conference will cover an array of airport legal issues from the fundamentals on airline use and lease agreements to a review of relevant legal cases throughout North America. Invited speakers include top TSA attorneys who will provide an update on all things security. Learn from panelists on construction issues from procurement to claims, Title VI requirements, land use and the FAA, disruptive First Amendment expressive activity, and more. Plus, take advantage of the opportunity to engage in a roundtable discussion with your peers.
ACI-NA will apply for up to 15 hours of CLE credit for the entire program, including two hours of ethics.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than April 12, 2024. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after April 12, 2024.
Due to popular demand, hotel rooms at the LondonHouse Chicago are currently sold out at the ACI-NA discounted group rate. While there may be rooms available at the LondonHouse Chicago, unfortunately, ACI-NA was unable to secure additional rooms at the discounted group rate.
