The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and visionary guidance to support the interests of North America’s airports. This role is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of programs, services, and advocacy efforts that advance the association’s mission: passionately supporting, inspiring, and advocating for North America’s airports. As the steward of a $22 million annual budget, the CEO oversees all financial, administrative, and programmatic functions, ensuring operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, and measurable impact. The CEO serves as the public face and voice of the association, representing its members to policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the broader public. The Terminal Business Development department is seeking a Business Property Manager I to join their dynamic team. This role sits at the crossroads of commerce and customer experience, supporting the airport’s non-airline revenue program.

The selected candidate will manage a portfolio of diverse leases and initiatives, including food and beverage, convenience and specialty retail, passenger services, and property agreements.

Strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be instrumental for the Business Property Manager I success.

What You’ll Do:

Airport Properties Specialist

CLASS SUMMARY
Under general direction, administers and manages commercial leases, concession agreements, and property use agreements between CVG Airport Authority and its tenants. This position manages assigned airport property portfolios, representing CVG Airport Authority in tenant interactions,
coordinating compliance and asset stewardship activities, and providing recommendations that impact Airport revenue, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for administrative functions related to property management, including maintaining official lease, compliance, and contractual records necessary to support Airport operations and regulatory obligations. This position is responsible for leading assigned property initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Manages assigned airport property and lease portfolios, including aviation and non-aviation assets.
• Administers and monitors commercial leases, permits, and agreements to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, Airport rules and regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including FAA regulations and grant assurances.
• Leads and coordinates negotiations for lease amendments, extensions, renewals, and terminations within delegated authority; prepare analyses and recommendations for management approval as required.
• Conducts inspections and walk-throughs of leased tenant spaces and Airport-owned facilities to identify maintenance issues, risk exposures, and non-compliance with lease obligations.
• Reviews tenant maintenance records and compliance documentation to verify adherence to preventive maintenance and operational requirements.
• Documents tenant deficiencies related to the maintenance, condition, or use of Airport-owned assets and develop or coordinate corrective and improvement plans.
• Drafts, recommends, and assists with revisions to lease, permit, and agreement language to improve clarity, compliance, and protection of Airport assets, in coordination with the Airport Legal team.
• Manages lease lifecycle activities within the Airport’s contract and property management systems.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned tenants, developers, consultants, and third-party partners.
• Coordinates contracts for real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, surveys, and other professional services related to Airport property.
• Assists with monitoring tenant insurance and bonding requirements in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Supports marketing and redevelopment efforts for vacant or under-utilized Airport property.
• Conducts research, data collection, and financial or market analysis to support optimal economic use of Airport property.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists the Director, Engineering and Planning in the preparation and accomplishment of capital improvement program and Federal and State grants.

Airport Operations Coordinator II

JOB Description: Comply with Federal Aviation Administration 14CFRPart139 and Transportation Security Administration 49CFRPart1542 regulations required to operate a commercial airport, General Mitchell International Airport (MKE), and a general aviation airport, Lawrence J. Timmerman Airport (MWC).  The Airport Operations Coordinator II conducts daily inspections to ensure that facilities and the airfield comply with applicable standards.

Job Duties Include:

  • Perform daily inspections of airfield and airport facilities and ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, and Airport policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
  • Coordinate snow removal efforts on airfield and airport facilities and make decisions based on established procedures.
  • Coordinate airport construction and maintenance airfield projects and anticipate consequences of airfield construction/repair projects relative to maintaining airport, airfield safety, and operational needs.
  • Respond to incidents and accidents of various sizes and then take charge until relieved by a higher authority; investigate the cause; take appropriate measures to correct issues.
  • Complete assorted reports to document events at the airport.
  • Coordinate VIP movements and special operations/events.
  • Anticipate effects that large crowds and/or special VIP-handling requests will have on normal airport operations.
  • Respond to terminal, facility, and security incidents as needed.
  • Assist Milwaukee County Fire Department in a second-responder capacity.
  • Meet with airport users/tenants to resolve operational problems and maintain good working relationships with internal and external agencies.
  • Provide and support on-the-job training for new employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver’s License at time of application or the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Driver’s license within six (6) months of hire. Must maintain a valid license throughout employment.
  • Employees must undergo a criminal history background check to maintain security clearance for unescorted access to secured areas of the airport.
  • High School Diploma and at least three (3) years of experience in Airport Operations.

Project Manager

SUMMARY

Under general direction of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned capital improvement projects, tenant projects and larger O&M projects for the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) through planning, design, construction, and activation phases.

The Project Manager supports the delivery of airport projects by coordinating consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with OIAA standards and regulatory requirements. This position assists the Senior Program Manager in overseeing project scope, cost control, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements, including FAA and TSA grant coordination as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Important and essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         Responsible for management and performance of project planning, design, budgets, project delivery methods, and project control procedures for airport projects and programs that enhance the business, including analysis of operational implications, regulatory requirements, and safety requirements

·         Manage assigned projects or portions of larger programs under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.

·         Develop project objectives, scope, schedules, and cost estimates.

·         Coordinate and monitor design consultants, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

·         Track project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and schedules to ensure alignment with approved baselines.

·         Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contractor pay applications.

·         Prepare written reports including status updates, budget summaries, schedule analyses, and staff reports for OIAA Board agenda items as assigned.

·         Support FAA and TSA grant administration activities, including documentation, reporting, and coordination for drawdowns.

·         Coordinate with OIAA departments including Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, Maintenance, and Tenant Services.

·         Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

·         Attend site visits and inspections as required.

·         Perform quality assurance reviews of consultant and contractor deliverables.

·         Provide excellent customer service to airport tenants and stakeholders.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Aviation Superintendent for Conveyance Systems provides leadership and operational oversight for the airport’s major conveyance infrastructure, including Vertical Transportation (elevators, escalators, moving walkways) and the Baggage Handling System (BHS).
