Paul Brigley Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer Halifax International Airport Authority Paul is responsible for the advancement and protection of HIAA’s financial integrity, which includes overseeing financial transactions, contracting and procurement, and supporting and analyzing business activities and opportunities. Paul is committed to supporting the aviation industry through various board memberships both locally and nationally. Paul is a graduate of Chartered Professional Accountants Nova Scotia and obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D designation. Paul also served for seven years as the Chair of the Canadian Airports Risk Management Group (CARMaG) which manages the purchasing and structure for the insurance programs for seven of the largest airports in Canada.
