Paul Blue has more than three decades of experience in the public and private sector working in aviation, economic development, and capital development. He was an Executive Advisor for JFK’s $2.8B Terminal 6-7 redevelopment program and previously held several leadership positions with the City of Phoenix, including at Phoenix Sky Harbor. As president of PG Executive Program Management, he provides leadership, consulting, and strategic direction for the business unit that assists airport owners in executing complex, capital development programs.
