Airside Development GON

The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, partners, corporations, joint ventures, and/or third party developers (each a proposer) to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain/manage airside real estate developments at Groton-New London Airport in Groton, CT. Proposal documents will be available on April 30, 2026, and may be downloaded at: https://ctairports.procureware.com. Proposers must be registered to access the proposal in its entirety and to submit a proposal. Due date for proposals is no later than July 15, 2026, 1:00 p.m. (EST). Proposals will not be publicly displayed.
