San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is hiring for the position of Administrative Officer, serving as the Airport’s Senior Finance Manager. This critical leadership role provides high-level financial and administrative support to SJC, with responsibilities spanning the management of the airport’s operating and capital budgets, performance benchmarking, statistical analysis, insurance claims and administration, and revenue and consulting contract oversight. The Senior Finance Manager reports directly to the Deputy Director of Aviation for Finance and Administration and is responsible for leading one of three key sections within the Finance and Administration Division. Manager, Property Management

Professional and administrative work developing and implementing systems to maintain accountability for the management and leasing of Airports’ real property. Develops and prepares contracts, leases, concessions, permits, Board Agenda Items, and other documents for the County’s four airports. Essential Functions:

  • Formal responsibilities as Alternate Security Coordinator (alternate ASC).

Minimum and Preferred Requirements:

As an Aviation Security Compliance Analyst, you will develop, implement, and administer security measures and programs for the compliance of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 1500 series. You will also serve as a technical expert in security compliance including program administration to support department initiatives.

  • You will plan, develop, and implement major security policies to ensure compliance of the Airport Security Program (ASP) in accordance with the federal regulations (CFRs).
