Under the direction of the on-shift Manager, Integrated Operations (MIO); manages the day-to-day airfield operation of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all non-Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) aspects of Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 139. The Assistant Manager coordinates and oversees the appropriate Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) rules and policies that along with FAR Part 139 provide the basis for safe and efficient airfield operations.
