The Manager – Operations Systems Services will be an important member of the Operations Optimization leadership team. The position will lead our Operations support program by directing the work of Business System Administrators and Business Analysts. The role will be required to gain a deep understanding of the Management and Operations technology portfolio and will guide roadmap development for key systems. The Manager, Operations Systems Services will be responsible for designing and implementing Operations process improvement recommendations when necessary. This position will conduct detailed process documentation and business system requirements in development of a comprehensive portfolio of ongoing business system requirements that effectively support the operational mission of the division. The position will act as a vital link between the Management and Operations Division’s employees and the organization’s IT Division to effectively deliver on business needs in an efficient and effective manner. This role will lead and direct the entire capital IT program for the M&O division.
