The City Counselor’s Office is currently hiring for an Attorney III role on the Transactions team to join our Airport Legal team. This role will report to the Attorney Manager and join the in-house counsel team at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, where they provide daily legal advice on a wide variety of regulatory, transactional, and general practice matters. The Airport Legal team routinely consults on large-scale development projects, provides guidance for compliance and certification matters, negotiates and drafts contracts, manages outside counsel, works on special projects, and coordinates with City leadership.

The successful candidate will have some experience with commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and drafting transactional instruments, appreciate a collaborative working environment, and be comfortable interacting with clients and government officials on a regular basis.
