Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than December 6, 2024. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after December 6, 2024.

Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)

As part of the 2025 ACI-NA Risk Management Conference, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority is offering a unique behind-the-scenes tour of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) for up to 40 attendees. The tour will feature:

  • A brief airfield tour
  • In-line baggage handling system
  • Airport Operations Command Center
  • Construction site of future Concourse B

Transportation will be provided by a chartered bus, departing the conference hotel at approximately 12:30 pm. The tour will begin at 1:00 pm and conclude by 2:00 pm.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Information

Conference workshops are all Group-Live.

Not all the sessions at this conference are eligible for CPE credits. Please check the individual session you wish to attend to ascertain the number of credits available.

Conference Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to:

• Understand and better manage emerging risks at their airports such as artificial intelligence and climate change related risks.

• Learn about the latest trends in the aviation liability market.

• Develop an understanding of the role of risk management in an organization and its responsibilities.

• Learn how airports can respond to disruptive events and maintain continuity of operations.

Course Level: The course level is intermediate. Conference sessions and workshops are designed for individuals with a basic understanding of airport industry concepts and issues.

Prerequisite: 
Basic knowledge of airport operations and risk management.

Advance Preparation: None

Conference participants are eligible to receive up to 14.0 hours of Management Advisory Services CPE credits.

ACI-NA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
