Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than May 3, 2024. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after May 3, 2024.

Due to popular demand, hotel rooms at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa are currently sold out at the ACI-NA discounted group rate. While there may be rooms available at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa, unfortunately, ACI-NA was unable to secure additional rooms at the discounted group rate.

If you have not secured a hotel reservation, ACI-NA has partnered with aRes Travel, a trusted third-party travel planner. You can search for available hotel options through their platform.

ACI-NA has reserved rooms at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa. The discounted hotel rate for the traditional room type is $269 USD plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy and a Resort Fee of $40 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes. Other category/view room types are available at a higher rate.

The last day to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Friday, May 17, 2024.

Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.

Guarantee & Cancellation Policy: All reservations will be guaranteed for the first night’s room and tax. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of arrival will not be charged.
