Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than May 3, 2024. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after May 3, 2024.

ACI-NA has reserved rooms at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa. The discounted hotel rate for the traditional room type is $269 USD plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy and a Resort Fee of $40 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes. Other category/view room types are available at a higher rate.
The last day to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Friday, May 17, 2024.
Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.

Rocky is the Founder & CEO of the NoW of Work – a business transformation firm whose primary focus is helping leaders build future-proofed, resilient teams that are anchored on cultures of innovation and agility.
Rocky explores the future of workplace cultures in the context of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). He looks at how organizations can blend these technologies with human input to create the perfect balance of efficiency, productivity, and creativity. Rocky will demystify AI while providing specific use cases for how you, and the industry at large, should be leveraging it today. Generation Them: Navigating a Multi-Generational Workforce

Meet Kristin Scroggin – A huge fan of Generational Diversity armed with a Communication Studies master’s degree from the University of Alabama and a bachelor’s from Montevallo in decoding GenZ slang and millennial emojis. Kristin embarked on her research endeavors during her almost 20-year tenure as a professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville before giving birth to her company, genWHY Communications in 2017.

Conference Learning Objectives:

Course Level: The course level is intermediate. Conference workshops are designed for individuals with a basic understanding of airport industry concepts and issues.
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge about airport business and financial management.

ACI-NA has developed a checklist to make sure you are fully aware of everything you need to do to obtain your CPE credits. Conference participants are eligible to receive up to 17.5 hours of Finance CPE credits. Please note NOT all of the sessions at this conference will be eligible for CPE credits. The CPE form should be completed immediately upon completion of the learning activity and in any case no later than Wednesday, June 26, 2024. We are also offering the option for attendees to complete the CPE form on the go by scanning a QR code to access the form. The QR code can be found at the end of your CPE checklist. Any request received after December 9, 2024, will not be honored.
ACI-NA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
