Cancellations
Cancellations sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org on or before July 26, 2024, are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after July 26, 2024. After this date, ACI-NA has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of the registration fees. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors who need to register their personnel should use the forms found on the exhibitor page here.
Guest Registration
Guest registrations are available for full conference attendees; guests cannot register independently; the attendee must register the guest. A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not attending for business or educational purposes. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration. Guest registration includes attendance at all exhibition hall events, awards luncheons, and event receptions.
Student Registration
If an ACI-NA event has a full-time student registration option, the student must provide a copy of a current full-time student ID from an accredited educational institution prior to registering.
Pre-Registration
Attendees will be included on the pre-registration roster if registration payment is received by June 14, 2024.
Onsite Registration
Onsite registration will be available throughout the conference, starting on Saturday, September 7, from 7:30 am at the DeVos Place Convention Center.

Duplicate Hotel Reservations
ACI-NA considers multiple hotel reservations within the group block under the same name for the conference dates as ‘duplicate reservations’. Unassigned duplicates within two weeks of the reservation being made may be subject to cancellation with or without prior notification. This measure is designed to maintain clarity and fairness for all attendees seeking accommodation. Attendees should ensure a single hotel reservation under the name as registered for the conference. Past duplicate reservations have caused the ACI-NA hotel block to prematurely sell out, causing attendee displacement and financial penalties to ACI-NA due to last-minute cancellations.
Sub-Block Requests
Any company needing more than 10 hotel rooms within a sub-block would need to have their request approved by ACI-NA first with a signed agreement, please email meetings@airportscouncil.org for additional information.
Third Parties
Be advised that outside vendors might contact you offering event housing, exhibit hall assistance, sell unofficial attendee rosters, and other ACI-NA Conference-related services. Note that the only companies who are official ACI-NA Conference partners are Show Management Solutions (SMS) and Hargrove. If any companies other than the aforementioned attempt to secure your business, please report any unauthorized solicitation to meetings@airportscouncil.org.
All sessions and meetings will be held at the DeVos Place Convention Center unless noted otherwise. Conference badges must be worn for event access.
