Excellence in Airport Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience Awards

ACI-NA’s 2023 Excellence in Airport Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Awards offers the opportunity to showcase your airport staff’s skills and talents in the areas of marketing, customer experience and public relations. The winners will be announced at ACI-NA’s Marketing and Communications Conference on November 14 in Atlanta, GA.

ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to all ACI-NA airport members, and we encourage airports of all passenger sizes to participate. Entries must have been implemented between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023. Award-winning submissions entered last year that had been part of an ongoing program or campaign may not be submitted. Each airport can submit only one entry per category— no exceptions.

SUBMISSIONS AND DEADLINES

To enter, you must have an ACI-NA member login.

Submissions must be received by 5 PM Eastern Time on Friday, September 8, 2023.

ENTRY FEES

The fee for each entry is $100.00. All entries must be paid in full by Friday, September 8, 2023, in order to participate.

Ted Bushelman Legacy Award for Creativity and Excellence

We are also accepting nominations for the 2023 Ted Bushelman Legacy Award for Creativity and Excellence.

This special award recognizes the values, accomplishments and creativity of airport marketing, communications and customer experience professionals who share those talents and contribute to the legacy of professionalism experienced throughout our meetings and programs.

The recipient of this award must have a minimum of 15 years experience in one or more of the disciplines represented by the Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Committee.

Nominations must be submitted by 5 PM Eastern Time on Friday, September 8, 2023.
