ACI-NA is using an online platform called Whova for the 2025 Airports@Work Conference. You can download the Whova app to access the event. All attendees who pre-registered before Monday, March 17, 2025, have been automatically added to the conference on Whova using the same email address as their conference registration.
New to Whova
To use Whova, you must set up an account, including creating a password. Ensure you use the same email address for your Whova account that you used for the ACI-NA conference registration.
After creating an account, the “2025 Airports@Work Conference” should automatically appear for those already registered.
Email Verification Code: For security reasons you may need to enter a verification code sent via email (check your spam). Once you create your account, you will be prompted to complete your online profile. You can always go back and add more information later.
Already Used Whova at Another Conference
If you previously used Whova with the same email address you used to register for this conference, you may log into your existing Whova account. If you registered before March 17, 2025, the “2025 Airports@Work Conference” should automatically appear.
Registered Onsite or Email Address Not Associated with Conference
If the conference does not appear after signing up, click “Find My Event/Conference” and search for “ACI-NA”; then click the join button at the bottom of the event description page and enter the event invitation code: airports25
The Whova mobile app and web portal will request an invitation code only if you use a different email address than the one used during registration.
