RFQ FOR PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR AIRPORT REVENUE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AT FRESNO YOSEMITE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FAT

The City of Fresno, Airports Department, Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Financial Services Consultants to provide professional consulting services Revenue Planning Development, which includes rates, fees, and charges development methodologies and Contract/Lease Development at FAT. Firms or individuals with experience related to airport professional consulting services with regards to revenue planning development, strategic planning, which includes developing rates, fees, and charges methodologies and contract/lease development services at airports or similar facilities are encouraged to participate. This request is for a five (5) year agreement. This/These agreement(s) will be awarded to the Proposer(s) deemed to be the best value for the City of Fresno Airports Department. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to FYIProperties@fresno.gov prior to the deadline at 3:00 p.m., on Monday, April 13, 2026.
