RFP for Interim Financing

The Board is seeking proposals for a credit facility (“Interim Financing”) to provide short-term financing for the Spokane International Airport (“Airport”). The Interim Financing will provide funding for the next critical expansion projects at the Airport including, but not limited to, the Central Hall terminal expansion and parking garage expansion as part of the Airport’s improvement program. The current estimated cost for both projects is $390 million. The Airport is requesting Interim Financing up to $75,000,000 to fund initial costs.
