The Spokane Airport Board is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from qualified and experienced parties within the aviation community to enter into a professional services agreement to develop, advertise, and consult on a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate Concession and Lease Agreements for Rental Car (RAC) tenants at the Spokane International Airport. Responses will be received by the Spokane Airport Board at Spokane International Airport, 9000 West Airport Drive, #204, Spokane, WA 99224, until 3:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. The Request for Statements of Qualifications and Experience is posted on the Spokane Airports website at https://business.spokaneairports.net/rfp/.
