NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Electronic proposals will be received by the office of the Purchasing Manager of the City of Fresno, all in accordance with the Specifications for: Request for Proposals Rebid of Requirements Contract for High Pressure Water Blast for Rubber Removal on Runway and Centerline Surfaces Request for Proposals No. 12600985 The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals for: High-pressure water blasting services for removing aircraft tire rubber and paint from runways. This request is for a two (2) year contract with three (3) possible one (1) year extensions. For a possible total term of five (5) years.
