Proposals will be received by the Spokane Airport Board at Spokane International Airport, 9000 West Airport Drive, #204, Spokane, WA 99224, until 3:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The Request for Proposals is posted on the Spokane Airports website at https://business.spokaneairports.net/rfp/.
