PHL ON CALL AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT AND CARGO CONSULTING SERVICES

The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, seeks qualified Applicants to provide professional airport consulting services, on an on-call or as-needed basis, in the area of Air Service Development and Cargo Services to assist Aviation with the development and retention of domestic and international air service offered to the region at Philadelphia International Airport. Applicants must possess extensive, substantial, direct, and relevant experience in performing services as described in the RFP.
