The City of City of McKinney, Texas (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified airport parking management firms (“Respondent”) to provide and operate a comprehensive airport parking management program which includes specifying and providing the equipment, software, management expertise, customer service support, and staffing to manage and operate the parking management program on a 24 hour a day, 7 days per week basis at McKinney National Airport (TKI)
