Airport Terminal Food and Beverage Concessions

The City of McKinney, Texas (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified food and beverage concession operators (“Respondents”) to manage and operate a post-security food and beverage concession in the newly constructed passenger terminal at McKinney National Airport (TKI/DTX). The selected Operator will be responsible for staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, point-of-sale operations, customer service, and the day-to-day management of the concession during required operating hours. The Operator must provide convenient, reasonably priced, and diverse food and beverage offerings while complying with all applicable Airport security, public health, food safety, and licensing requirements.
