Advertising Creative Production Services Marketing Agency of Record

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified, professional advertising, creative, and production firms or teams (Respondents) to provide agency of record work to the RTAA. All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-05 Advertising, Creative, & Production Services shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PST], Monday, January 5, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating government entities.
