The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting bids from qualified entities to supply managing software associated with electric vehicle supply equipment for use at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). As part of their Sustainability Master Plan, in addition to discussions with regional stakeholders, CVG has identified a need for EV charging infrastructure that is both CVG specific, but also available for public use. KCAB plans to provide multiple options for EV charging around the campus including, but not limited to, level two EV chargers and Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) chargers. KCAB intends to utilize a combination of funding sources for EV installation projects, including Capital; FHWA, State, and OKI grants; NEVI; and other various EV related infrastructure grant funding opportunities. The winning proposer will provide a software management solution for use with vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and pricing for CVG. By soliciting competitive bids for electric vehicle supply equipment software, KCAB aims to secure the best possible value for the airport while maintaining a high level of service and reliability. The successful bidder will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, ensuring that essential services and equipment remain operational at all times.
