Airports Council Releases Statement on Bryan Bedford’s Confirmation as Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration

WASHINGTON – Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), the trade association representing commercial service airports in the United States and Canada, today issued the following statement from President and CEO Kevin M. Burke on the Senate’s confirmation of Bryan Bedford as the next Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA):

With over three decades of industry experience, from his time as a pilot to airline CEO, Bedford is expertly positioned to lead the agency and advance key priorities: modernizing our nation’s air traffic control system and fortifying the overall resiliency of our nation’s airspace system, of which airport infrastructure plays a critical role.
