WASHINGTON — Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) President and CEO Kevin M. Burke today congratulated Acting Commissioner Kevin McAleenan on his confirmation as Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

“I congratulate Kevin McAleenan on his confirmation by the Senate to lead the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. America’s airports continue to experience tremendous growth in international travel and it is essential that CBP provide adequate attention and resources to airports in order to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient international arrivals process. We look forward to continuing our work with Commissioner McAleenan and CBP on the wide variety of issues important to air ports-of-entry all across the country.”
