Airports Council Supports Duffy as the Next Secretary of Transportation

WASHINGTON – Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) endorses former Representative Sean Duffy to lead the Department of Transportation.

“ACI-NA endorses former Rep. Sean Duffy to serve as the next Secretary of Transportation. Duffy proved an effective and thoughtful leader throughout his five terms in the U.S. House, and we have no doubt he will continue that distinguished service when he leads the Department of Transportation. As President-elect Donald Trump noted when he announced the nomination, the department under Duffy’s leadership will prioritize improving airport infrastructure to maintain safety, streamline efficiency, and foster innovation. We look forward to working with Duffy and the new Congress to secure funding to modernize airports and continue providing travelers with the best customer service.”
