Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) and ACI World are pleased to welcome media to the 2025 ACI-NA / ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition, which will be held in Toronto, ON, October 25 – 28, 2025.
For this year’s conference, ACI-NA and ACI World are offering partnership opportunities for key industry media outlets interested in covering the largest “for airports, by airports” gathering in the world.
As an official conference media partner, you will receive:
- Your media outlet’s logo on 2025 conference signage in Toronto and on the conference website as a media partner.
- One complimentary press registration consistent with the 2025 ACI-NA / ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference, and Exhibition Media Registration Agreement and Guidelines.
As an official conference media partner, you will provide ACI-NA and ACI World with the opportunity to promote the 2025 ACI-NA / ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference, and Exhibition for no additional cost through your media outlet(s) in the form of a pre-event article, website posting, or web banner before September 30, 2025. In addition, you will provide post-event editorial coverage highlighting conference themes, news, photos, or happenings in your media outlet(s).
Media outlets interested in partnering with ACI-NA and ACI World for the 2025 ACI-NA / ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference, and Exhibition are required to sign a copy of these guidelines and e-mail your signed copy to Ryan Madsen at rmadsen@airportscouncil.org by August 31, 2025. Media outlet logos must be received by August 31, 2025, to be included in on-site signage.
