TBI Airport Management is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations and Transformation. This is a corporate leadership role reporting directly to the CEO of TBI Airport Management and based at the company’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This position leads strategic transformation and operational improvement initiatives across TBI’s growing U.S. airport portfolio, which includes Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Atlantic City International Airport (ACY), Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), Middle Georgia Regional Airport (MCN), Ontario International Airport (ONT) and Macon Downtown Airport (MAC). The role is responsible for advancing enterprise-wide operational excellence, strengthening performance standards, and supporting innovation across multiple airport environments.

As part of the VINCI Airports global network, which operates more than 70 airports worldwide, this role also connects TBI’s airport operations with global best practices, innovation strategies, and performance frameworks. The Senior Manager works closely with executive leadership and airport teams to introduce scalable improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and long-term operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

·       Ten (10) or more years of experience in aviation operations, airport management, consulting, or operational transformation roles.

·       Experience supporting multi-site operations within aviation, transportation, or similarly complex environments.

·       Strong analytical and project management capabilities with experience leading complex initiatives.

·       Knowledge of airport regulatory requirements, operational safety frameworks, and performance management systems.
