Reporting to the Director of Reliever Airports, this position is responsible for the management and administration of Commission approved leases and contracts at the Reliever Airports and management of the department budget. This position is also responsible for the development of lease policies, rules, and regulations for Commission approval. This position will work closely with other MAC departments, municipalities, and other government jurisdictions. Responsibilities also include oversight of consultant contract administration, and the development, pursuit and implementation of departmental improvements through data analysis, innovation and quality improvement opportunities and initiatives.

The ideal candidate has excellent skills in business writing, lease management and negotiation, property management, building relationships, problem-solving, as well as a good understanding of government relations and interdependencies. This candidate will need to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines. This position will be a role that is full time onsite.  It will report to the office at our General MAC office at 6040 28th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450 5 days a week.
