The Assistant Vice President of QA/QC and Regulatory Compliance is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the organization’s enterprise‑wide quality assurance and quality control frameworks. This role oversees standards and document control, and contracts/vendor compliance monitoring to ensure all organizational functions consistently meet required regulatory, operational, and performance standards. Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Performance Improvement Officer, the Assistant Vice President builds and maintains a structured quality management system (QMS), implements inspection processes, inspects departmental outputs, and partners closely with operational, administrative, and technical teams to remediate gaps. The role ensures that quality is embedded into daily workflows and that the organization upholds a high-integrity, high-reliability operating environment.

Strong understanding of quality assurance and control methodologies (Lean, Six
Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
• Knowledge of contract compliance frameworks and vendor performance
evaluation.
• Proficiency in documentation standards, version control, and governance tools.
