Faith Group LLC, a leading systems engineering and consulting firm, is seeking a West Coast Vertical Market Leader to support its expanding West Coast portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in the Architectural, Consulting, Engineering, and/or Construction industries as well as strong networking skills. This role involves delivering projects related to IT/Security, A/V, and other specialty services while building relationships with clients and project connected consultants and contractors. Approximately 25% of the role involves business development, with 75% dedicated to project delivery including working closely with the project delivery team members. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute project schedules, including milestones and resource assignments.
• Lead project teams and ensure collaboration across stakeholders.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Oversee contract terms, financial performance, and project adherence to client standards.
• Provide monthly project status reports to clients.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and attending industry events.
• Build and expand partnerships with architects, engineers and contractors working in the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand Western region operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Architectural, Consulting, Engineering, or Construction industries desired.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Proven track record in both business development and project delivery.
• Excellent networking, communication, and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with education and experience with the starting salary targeted in the $200,000 – $250,000 range. A starting salary at or beyond $250,000 is possible for the exceptional candidate. Faith Group offers an excellent benefits package. Relocation will be negotiated.
