The Chief Infrastructure Officer (CIO) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the Airport’s physical and technological infrastructure effectively supports its operational and strategic goals. This includes managing the development and maintenance of Airport facilities and systems, ensuring they are aligned with safety standards, operational needs, and long-term sustainability.

 

Additional duties include developing and managing the capital operating budgets for all infrastructure projects; ensuring compliance with safety, security and environmental regulations; lead integration of emerging technologies and automated systems; and promote sustainable practices in the construction and operation of Airport infrastructure projects such as terminal expansions and runway improvements.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Airport Management, Construction, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of Executive/Officer level experience at a small or medium hub commercial service airport.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates an extensive knowledge of modernizing and expanding Airport facilities and systems.

 

This is a Full-time, Exempt position that normally works Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, but must be on-call and available to report to work during nights, weekends, holidays and emergency events if needed. The salary for this position is $185,000 – $245,000. Starting bi-weekly pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
