This position manages and coordinates the treasury activities of the PHL Airport System to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment needs. The Airport Treasury Manager is responsible for performing a wide range of analytical work related to the Airport’s bond transactions and other financing instruments. This position reports to and works closely with the Director of Capital Finance to ensure compliance with bond ordinances, airline and other party agreements, as well as federal regulations.
