The ACI-NA 2025 Concessions Benchmarking Survey gathers key data on airport concessions programs. The survey is divided into three parts:

Each part has a separate online survey link (available below). To streamline your submission, we recommend downloading and reviewing the survey PDFs before completing the online form.

Survey Instructions

  • Save & Continue: Use the “Save and Continue” feature to return to your survey progress via a unique link emailed to you.
  • Data Format: Follow specific instructions for each question. Numerical data should be entered as whole numbers (without $ signs, commas, or % symbols).
  • Definitions: Use the provided definitions for consistency across responses.
  • Submission: Click “Submit” at the end to ensure your responses are recorded.
  • Logic-Based Sequencing: Some questions may appear out of order based on previous responses.
