    Bio:

    Joel Fischer, Director of Sales Engineering for Tellabs, provides vision and insight to his colleagues and customers in this ever-changing networking field.  Joel is a technical evangelist for Passive Optical LAN and has been integral in building Tellabs’ portfolio of large customers including Fortune 50 companies, major airports, stadiums and college campuses.  Having both technical acumen and relationship skills, Joel is known to Tellabs’ customers as their trusted advisor for everything Passive Optical LAN.  Joel lives and works in Minnesota.

    Bio:

    Kristen Gonzalez is Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Tellabs, growing and managing Tellabs’ commercial and state & local business for the last eight years.  Kristen prides herself on initiating the transportation vertical at Tellabs, with airport deployments of Optical LAN in Paris’ Charles De Gaulle International, Dallas Fort Worth, New York LaGuardia, Chicago O’Hare, and recently awarded Orlando Airport.  Leading a multimillion-dollar business unit, Kristen and team are dedicated to serving Tellabs’ largest global customers. Kristen has spent the last 20 years developing channels in IT and telecommunications, coming to Tellabs after seven years with Research In Motion (RIM)/Blackberry.  Kristen lives and works in Maryland.
