The primary electrical feed onto an airport fails, disrupting baggage handling, check-in kiosks, escalators, and elevators. A heat wave places extreme demands on the electrical grid, creating uncertainty in airport energy supply. Rental car tenants demand increased electrical supply to support increasing numbers of electrical vehicles in their fleet. Driven by net zero carbon goals, an airport seeks less-carbon intensive energy sources. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than October 17, 2025. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 17, 2025.

ACI-NA has reserved rooms at the Westin Denver Downtown. The discounted hotel rate for the traditional room type is $169 USD for single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. Other category/view room types are available at a higher rate.
The last day to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.
