ACI-NA is excited to facilitate the only airport electricity and energy event created by airports for airports. 2025 has been a year of rapid and sometimes chaotic change for both the aviation and energy sectors. This year’s Symposium will seek to make sense of this continually changing environment and provide airport energy, facility, environmental, planning, and development leaders with the tools and information you need to adapt and innovate these challenging times.
The Symposium will address critical topics including assessing and addressing energy supply needs, navigating emerging energy distribution challenges; structuring airport energy plans for sustainable and resilient operations; and understanding the latest in US and Canadian energy policies and programs. Although electricity will be a primary focus of the event, we’ll also be addressing other key energy sources, including hydrogen.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than October 17, 2025. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 17, 2025.
Hotel Information
ACI-NA has reserved rooms at the Westin Denver Downtown. The discounted hotel rate for the traditional room type is $169 USD for single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. Other category/view room types are available at a higher rate.
The last day to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.
Guarantee & Cancellation Policy: All reservations will be guaranteed for the first night’s room and tax. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of arrival will not be charged.
