SJC Airport Tour Information

San José Mineta International Airport invites you to take a ride to the west side of the airport to explore its new campus of support facilities that keep Silicon Valley’s airport safe, efficient, and running smoothly. Explore SJC’s fire station – among the first in the United States designed to serve both an airport and the surrounding community – as well as its new Facilities & Engineering campus and San José Police Department’s brand-new air support hangar.

Tours will depart from the Signia by Hilton lobby at 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and end with drop-off at both terminals by 9:45 AM and 11:45 AM, respectively.

Each tour is capped at 30 participants.

Tour sign-ups will close on Friday, March 27.

NOTE: Tour vehicles will not stop at the passenger terminals until the conclusion of each tour, so it’s not a good option for anyone with a flight scheduled to depart before 10:45 AM (8 AM tour) or 12:45PM (10 AM tour).

Are You Ready to Shop 'Til You Drop?

This annual swag swap is an ACES tradition where attendees bring their favorite, hottest, and most creative airport swag to share with fellow airport industry besties.

Participants are invited to send or bring items to exchange with other attendees—everything from fun giveaways to unique airport-branded merchandise. Attendees are not required to participate in this activity.

You can send as much or as little as you like, but for planning purposes, we anticipate approximately 250 attendees.

On-Site Setup
Attendees must bring their swag to the Regency II Ballroom, located next to the general session room, by 11:30 AM on Wednesday, April 8. Participants are responsible for unpacking and “merchandising” their swag. To ensure space for everyone, please be mindful of your table footprint.

Event Timing
The Shop ’Til You Drop event will take place during lunch on April 8. Following lunch, participants are responsible for collecting any remaining swag they wish to take home. Items left unclaimed at the end of the day on April 8 will be removed.
