Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than October 31, 2025. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 31, 2025.
