Registration Information
Conference registration includes access to all educational sessions and materials (unless noted), receptions, all food functions including breakfasts, lunches, and breaks as listed on the conference agenda. Registration confirmation will be sent by email to fully paid conference attendees using the email address provided during registration. If you do not receive confirmation within 3 business days after submitting your registration, email meetings@airportscouncil.org.
Cancellations
Cancellations sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org on or before September 12, 2025, are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after September 12, 2025. After this date, ACI-NA has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Non-receipt of a confirmation registration before the event does not justify seeking a refund. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org. ACI-NA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund of the registration fees. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airfare or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.

Guest Registration
Guest registrations are available for full conference attendees; guests cannot register independently; the attendee must register the guest. A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not attending for business or educational purposes. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration. Guest registration includes attendance at all exhibition hall events, awards luncheons, and event receptions.
Student Registration
If an ACI-NA event has a full-time student registration option, the student must provide a copy of a current full-time student ID from an accredited educational institution prior to registering.

Hotel Information
Update: August 11, 2026 – Due to popular demand, hotel rooms at the ACI-NA official conference hotels are currently sold out at the ACI-NA discounted group rate over specific dates. While there may be rooms available at these hotels, unfortunately, ACI-NA was unable to secure additional rooms at the discounted group rate.
We encourage you to check back regularly, as cancellations may occur. You can use the ACI-NA hotel booking links below to look for availability at the following hotels and potentially secure the ACI-NA discounted rate at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, The Notary Hotel and Element Philadelphia Downtown.
If you have not secured a hotel reservation, ACI-NA has partnered with aRes Travel, a trusted third-party travel planner. You can search for available hotel options through their platform.
Please Note: Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary when booking through aRes Travel, and guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies. Hotel Duplicate Reservations
Attendees should ensure that only a single hotel reservation is made under the name registered for the conference. ACI-NA considers multiple hotel reservations made under the same name within the group block for the conference dates as ‘duplicate reservations’. Duplicate reservations that remain unassigned within two weeks of the original booking are subject to cancellation with or without prior notice. This measure is designed to promote clarity and fairness for all attendees seeking accommodations.
Sub-Block Requests
ACI-NA does not allow sub-blocks or group reservations under one name within the official hotel block. For questions, please email meetings@airportscouncil.org.
Third Parties
Be advised that outside vendors may contact you offering event housing, exhibit hall assistance, attendee lists for sale, or other services related to ACI-NA Conferences. ACI-NA does not work with third parties that would contact attendees about hotel accommodations for the conference. The only official ACI-NA Conference partners are Show Management Solutions (SMS) for sponsorship and exhibition, Hargrove for Annual Conference exhibition services, and Encore for audio visual services. If any companies other than the aforementioned attempt to secure your business, please report any unauthorized solicitation to meetings@airportscouncil.org.

Meet Your Opening Keynote Speaker
Neil Howe
Generation Expert
Neil Howe is the Managing Director of Demography at Hedgeye Risk Management, an independent financial research firm, as well as President of LifeCourse Associates. Howe is a renowned authority on generations and social change in America. An acclaimed bestselling author and speaker, he is the nation’s leading thinker on today’s generations—who they are, what motivates them, and how they will shape America’s future.
A historian, economist, and demographer, Howe is also a recognized authority on global aging, long-term fiscal policy, and migration. He is currently a senior associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Global Aging Institute, both in Washington D.C. Howe has co-authored numerous studies for CSIS (including the Aging Vulnerability Index and pioneering studies on pension reform in China and South Korea).
Howe has written over a dozen books on generations, demographic change, and fiscal policy, many of them with William Strauss. Howe and Strauss’ first book, Generations (1991), is a history of America told as a sequence of generational biographies. Vice President Al Gore called it “the most stimulating book on American history that I have ever read” and sent a copy to every member of Congress. Newt Gingrich called it “an intellectual tour de force.” Of their book The Fourth Turning (1997), The Boston Globe wrote, “If Howe and Strauss are right, they will take their place among the great American prophets.”
Neil Howe looks once again to America’s past to predict our future in his new NY Times Bestselling book “The Fourth Turning is Here” with a startling and hopeful prophecy for how our present era of civil unrest will resolve over the next ten years—and what our lives will look like once it has.
Howe and Strauss originally coined the term “Millennial Generation” in 1991, and wrote the pioneering book on this generation, Millennials Rising (2000). His work has been featured frequently by media outlets including The Washington Post, The New York Times, CNN, and CBS’ 60 Minutes.
Previous works include On Borrowed Time (1989; reissued 2004), a pioneering call for budgetary reform Howe co-authored with Peter G. Peterson, as well as The Graying of the Great Powers (2008) with Richard Jackson.
Howe received his B.A. at U.C. Berkeley and later earned graduate degrees in economics and history from Yale University.
Meet Your Closing Keynote Speaker
Heather Penney
Director of Studies & Research at the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies
Heather “Lucky” Penney is a dynamic speaker who will deeply move your audience as she shares her experience on 9/11. Her delivery is resonant, respectful, and uplifting as she honors the service and heroism of all who served and gave on that fateful day.
She has spoken on topics ranging from personal courage; decision-making under stress; leadership; organizational transformation; culture and inclusivity; high performance teams; national defense issues; and aviation. Heather has received formal media training and is adept at live, print, and digital interviews. She has lectured at the Air Force’s Squadron Officer School, the United States Air Force Academy, Weidener College, and the United States Naval Academy; has keynoted college commencements; and is a frequently requested and insightful panelist and moderator on a variety of subjects.
Most widely recognized for her service on September 11, Heather “Lucky” Penney was part of the pioneering first wave of women who entered fighters directly from pilot training. Lucky was the first and only woman in the 121st Fighter Squadron during her time flying the F-16, conducting combat air patrols over Washington DC and deploying to combat twice. She was airborne the first night of initial combat for Operation Iraqi Freedom, tasked as a night-time SCUD Hunter in the western deserts of Iraq and also supporting Special Operations Forces.
Heather is a visionary and multi-passionate thought leader. She has a natural curiosity and an ability to see problems in new ways, recognize connections and causalities, and understand how smaller elements or interactions can impact the larger system. But good ideas don’t mean anything unless they can be enacted – Heather is also focused on pragmatic implementation and outcomes.
Heather has been inducted as an Air Force Eagle at Air University; was the 2018-2019 Beideman Visiting Scholar at the Oskin Leadership Institute for Weideman University; and is on the Steering Committee for the Purdue University National Aviation Symposium.
