The Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport Authority (GBRAA) is requesting sealed submittals for Financial Consulting Services for a three year period. Financial Consultant submittals will be received at the office of the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport Authority on the 3rd floor of the Terminal Building at 14035-L Airport Road, Gulfport, MS 39503 until 2:00 P.M, April 30, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. In order to be considered, submittals must be sealed, and have clearly written on the face of the envelope the following: "SEALED QUALIFICATIONS ENCLOSED FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO BE OPENED 2:00 P.M., APRIL 30, 2024" Four (4) copies of each submittal must be included in each sealed envelope. Submittal requirements are available from the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport Authority by contacting Rebecca Mackie, at 228-863-5951. Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport notifies all bidders that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency (LEP)), sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), creed, or age, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (PL 100.259), Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, and related authorities (hereafter, “Title VI and related requirements”), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that receives U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) funding. Title VI also prohibits retaliation for asserting or otherwise participating in claims of discrimination. For any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against in consideration of an award. All submissions are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport Authority reserves the right to review and evaluate submittals and the right to reject any submittal which does not comply with the instructions in this request. The Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any and all formality in the best interest of the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport Authority.
