PHL Unsheltered Support Services

The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation, seeks qualified Applicant(s) to develop a Program to create a safer environment and improved guest experience at PHL. The Program shall include, but not be limited to, providing outreach, transportation, emergency preparedness, and training services regarding the unsheltered population at the Airport.
