24 57RFP ARFF Equipment AFFF Foam Decontamination

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals for the decontamination of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (“AFFF”) from the Airport Rescue Firefighters (“ARFF”) equipment at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). Six of KCAB’s eight pieces of ARFF equipment require decontamination. KCAB has adapted the 32-Step Decontamination Process developed by Fire Rescue Victoria (“FRV”) to be followed by the winning bidder.
