24 51RFP Employee Assistance Program

The Kenton County Airport Board is seeking proposals for a third-party provider to administer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The program, which is currently free of charge and separate from insurance benefits, offers eight outpatient counseling sessions to help employees or their family members address issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship problems. The goal of the EAP is to provide support and resources to employees and their family members to improve their overall well-being and work performance. The program is available to all 500 KCAB employees, who are eligible to participate in this confidential counseling service.
